Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

For items purchased from our Casual Dresses collection or other everyday styles, we recommend trying them on as soon as possible to ensure eligibility within the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product quality, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Items returned without prior approval

If you ordered a special occasion outfit — such as from our Date Night Dresses collection — please ensure the item is returned in original condition to avoid refund delays.

Exchanges (Size or Style)

We currently support exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.
